Families graduation party
5/5 The property was very clean, decorated beautifully with a warm and comfortable feeling. The neighborhood was quiet. The large backyard was perfect with a nice patio and a outdoor patio.

Weekend Stay
5/5 House served us great. Was in town for the weekend and the location and neighborhood was perfect. Close to every place we wanted to go and the Binder provided was extremely helpful. Would stay again if back in Knoxville

Awesome Rental Property
5/5 Honestly, this is one of the best rental properties, if not best ones, that we've stayed at. It has a fantastic living room, kitchen and the outdoor space is awesome between the deck and the fire pit. We loved our time relaxing outside. The beds were also comfortable. We definitely recommend this property!
