5/5 Our family of 8 loved this little home in the woods. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and kitchen item we could ever need. The living area was comfortable and nicely decorated. There were board games, books and movies. Very close to UT which was convenient for us. Loved the fire pit! Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Knoxville.

Great Family Weekend in Knoxville!
5/5 We were very pleased with our rental property in Knoxville. It was the perfect set-up for our family of 5 and a couple of extras - 5 teenagers total! The layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms gave everyone space to feel comfortable and access easily.
The secluded location was very close to all things Knoxville and a reasonable drive to attractions outside of the City. Though noisy from the nearby highway, we still enjoyed winding down by the fire pit in the evenings. Our favorite memory will be sitting by the fireplace in the living room and our entire group playing a game (provided!) together on our final evening together. Kudos to the owners for making it easy to create a family game night!
The beds were cozy. The towels were plush. The k-cups were appreciated. Dollar General was only a few minutes away.
While visiting Knoxville, our family hiked at Fort Dickerson Park, swam at Augusta Quarry, ate and shopped at Market Square, wandered World's Fair Park, took a day trip to The Lost Sea (owner recommendation), and finished with a college visit to UT.
We highly recommend this rental property for families and friends traveling together!
