It’s just like going to grandmas house! This property is small, but convenient to everything. While I appreciate the historical feel they are going with, the living room/main room was not ideal for relaxing for more that 2 people. The seating could be updated. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but it looked to be well stocked with everything you’d need. Having a washer/dryer was nice. The house could use some window treatments in the bedroom. There is only a curtain that’s thin and no blinds or shade. It backs up to a rather large apartment or condo complex so the privacy with no blinds wasn’t ideal. The neighbor looked a little sketchy at night but no one bothered us or our things. For what we paid, I feel it was ok.

  • Small yet convenient to town

    4/5

It’s like walking in to grandmas house. It has a very warmy feel, and while we didn’t use the kitchen at all it looked to be stocked with everything you need. The neighbor looked a little sketchy at night with people wondering the streets but no one bothered us.

Pros: It was close to downtown and grocery stores. Has a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen.

Cons: There are no blinds in the house, only thin curtains, so I felt like the privacy wasn’t great with the bedroom window looking out to an apartment building. The living room seating isn’t ideal for more than 2 people.

  • Cute cottage - great location

    4/5

Overall, this is a nice little place. Pros: location, well equipped kitchen, nice patio that was equipped with mosquito control. Cons: furniture could use updating, especially the mattress, and some darker curtains in the bedroom would be appreciated! Overall, it was a good stay.

  • Cute and convenient

    4/5

This cute little house is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The owner was extremely nice and very accommodating; she left us welcoming gifts of wine and snacks which were appreciated after our long drive, and she quickly responded to an issue we found on our first night. Our problem was that the property was not very clean; I should not have to spend time cleaning the bathroom and kitchen before using them. The toilet and tub were very dirty, and the kitchen needed to be wiped down. This was more than disappointing for the price that we paid.
