Nice peaceful location
3/5 In need of a deep cleaning. Missing wash clothes and dish towels and missing extra paper towels and toilet paper.
Overall it was comfortable and served its purpose for attending the races at Bristol.

3/5 The local contact was completely nonexistent. Never responded to any emails or communication. Guest room bed reeked of urine and was stained yellow. Everything else in the property was fine.

Additionally, please rest assured that we uphold strict cleanliness standards, with bedding being freshly laundered before each guest's arrival.
Additionally, the unusual odor you encountered could be related to the rainy weather outside, which can sometimes affect indoor air quality. Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and are committed to closely monitoring the situation to prevent any recurrence in the future.

5/5 Great little house to stay with friends. Lake view and close to everything. House is a bit older but very well kept and cozy.
