5/5 Charming, cozy, and clean family-friendly house. Great location to Carson-Newman and a local coffee shop. There is a train track nearby, and the train woke us up a few times at night, but it wasn't a major issue. I did email the host about possibly getting a late check-out and never got a response. Maybe I should have texted or called instead. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.

5/5 This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we waited until it was available to schedule our trip. Clean, comfortable, charming and located just perfectly . Close to everything we need. Looking forward to our next stay.
