Older manufactured home
3/5 The house is an older manufactured house that had been remodeled. The photos were a little deceiving. It was clean and comfortable. We were unable to use the pool. The cover was collapsed and full of water and debris. However there had been a lot of rain in the area and the weather was too chilly to even use it and that was ok. But it was unsightly. The area around the house needed cleaning up but all in all we enjoyed our stay

- The pool is unheated and only available from June 1 to September 30, as clearly stated in the listing and pre-stay information, so guests know what to expect before booking. When you reached out ahead of the stay to ask about an early check-in and to see if the pool would be open, we reiterated the information in the listing, and you noted that it wasn’t a concern.
- We strive to keep the home exactly as shown in the listing photos, with the only change being updated bedding.

5/5 We came to visit in Nashville for a savannah Bananas game. Staying a little outside Nashville was perfect . This spot was all the country feels and not a bad drive from downtown. We loved the decor and love put into the home. Very clean! I would recommend and stay again!
