3/5 The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location. However, communication with the host was really disappointing. I never received the access codes before check-in and ended up having to call VRBO support after check-in time to get them. I also reached out with a question about possibly adding an extra day due to a winter storm, but never got a response.Overall, the stay was lovely once inside, but the lack of communication made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.
