It is only big enough for 2 adults comfortably without anyone being on top of each other. The pool table on the upper level isn’t user friendly as a full pool cue stick can’t be used properly when taking shots. At least one of the pockets wasn’t where it should have been. The arcade game is small for adults to use. At least one window did not have its full latch so it could be locked and not worry about leaving your valuables. The driveway is steep for those who might feel nerved by such things as it takes some doing to maneuver a vehicle around to face back downhill to drive out. It was very cozy and warm as it got pretty cold and snowed during our stay. It could use better or different lighting options. Lamps or something at ground level vs the very high ceiling lights. The bedroom lighting could also be a bit brighter. The swing at this cabin needs attention soon as one of the beams it hangs from has been rotting away.

The access road was so steep and dangerous, we got up after the first night and packed up and got a different room in Pigeon Forge for the next two nights. It was so bad, we would have had to make sure we were in by nightfall, and would've been stuck there until morning! It would have ruined our vacation! I contacted our contact person, Mari, and she said she would see if she could get some of my money refunded, and it's been over a week and I've heard nothing. Not even a followup to say I couldn't get a refund, nothing! This was a terrible experience! There needs to be a warning about the access to this cabin. However, I will say it was very clean. Thanks for that.
I told them my issues. They said they will look into it and fix the problems before next people stay there.
We enjoyed our stay. Cabin is burried in the trees, private and relaxing.
Pros: secluded, quiet, a nice distance from town and amenities, responsive management, air conditioner works phenomenally, hot tub was excellent, multi game console was fun, cabin was clean and comfortable. Excellent internet service. Indoor whirlpool tub (we didn't use) I would replace that with washer/dryer.
Cons: driveway is insanely steep for most modes of transport (we were on a motorcycle so a little challenging), no washer and dryer as advertised in the listing (this was very disappointing), pool table has no rack and needs new cues, kitchen needs some restocking of dishes, an extra blanket for the bed or a throw for the couch would have been nice. No cell service (does have landline in cabin).Cabin could use a little update, furnishings are a bit dated and worn.
2 of the reasons we booked this place were it was supposed to have a washer and dryer and pool table. Both of which were either non existent or not usable. This was disappointing.
We have stayed in a few different cabins around Gatlinburg. Would I stay at this cabin again? Maybe. My hubby and I are very adaptable and will figure out how to make things work for us.
Price point was good, management was responsive and I would book with this group again, just not this particular cabin.
