Enough space

Unfortunate
2/5 The location was great. It was near all the attractions. Quiet neighbors. The jacuzzi lost half its water so we couldn't use it the second night. I called the number on the sign, they said it wasn't thier property. I called the number in my email and she told me to find a hose and fill it up. (They should have had someone out right away). I did NOT fill it up because I told her I was concerned there was a leak and wanted the owner to be aware. I didn't want to cause more damage or fill it up and the chemicals be off because of that. The grill was old and absolutely unable to use, which we were excited about being able to grill. They left laundry detergent but we couldn't find a washer/dryer. I spent over $600 on a cabin that (because of horrible check in and check out times) had less than 48 hours to use/enjoy. With that amount od money I was hoping to have at least a baking sheet and modern cups/plates/etc. We shared 4 coffee mugs amongst us. The tv in the downstairs bedroom was impossible to figure out, and there were no instructions. Disappointed in the amenities (pool table was broken as well), but the cabin itself was cozy and slept all 5 of us comfortably.
Not as expected
2/5 Overall, the inside of cabin was dated. Loose burners on stove, kitchen not stocked, not enough kitchen towels, downstairs bathroom has a very creaky sound when lifting toilet seat and a strong urine odor, bed linens dingy. Front door handle lock was broken, storm door doesn't close.
