• Great Stay in Gatlinburg

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is incredible and the cabin was very spacious, modern, and clean. While the roads to reach this cabin are steep, they are all well paved and the drive to the top is so worth it. It is more expensive than some cabins nearby, but it is worth it for the modern amenities and stellar view. I would definitely stay here again.

  This cabin is absolutely beautiful with the most gorgeous views! Everything was so clean and well stocked. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip!

• Great Cabin with an Amazing View

  We had a great vacation in Gatlinburg, TN. This cabin was beautiful and in impeccable condition. The views are incredible. We would definitely stay here again. The roads to the cabin may be steep, but they are very well paved and the parking in front of the cabin is very generous. So many of these cabins in Gatlinburg can be quite basic inside, but this one had all the modern luxuries. Not inexpensive, but definitely worth it.

  This house truly is in an amazing location with one of the best views in all of Sevier County. Convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, somewhat secluded without feeling too isolated. For the most part, the house is beautiful. Stunning living room and well coordinated, upscale design which is rare in the area. Our stay had a few issues, however. There are technically 4 bedrooms, two on the second floor and two in the basement. The last bedroom in the basement is more of a last-resort bedroom with a pullout sofa and you can only access it off the bathroom. Wouldn’t make any sense, but we didn’t need 4 bedrooms. The first issue we noticed was that one of the bedrooms upstairs had unfinished sheetrock on the ceiling that was not painted and ruined the look and feel of the room, making it less than hospitable. There was also a lack of adequate lighting at night.The bed in the main basement bedroom was incredibly squeaky to the point where we almost couldn’t fall asleep. We heard scratching in the night. It seems a family of spiders live in the wall of the basement. They made an appearance in the nook of the bookshelves in the wall. We couldn’t sleep down there because the spiders were HUGE enough to be making actual noise, and we couldn’t kill them because they were hard to access and pinpoint. Roaches were found in every bedroom and bathroom. I’m assuming adequate pest control does not take place at this property. It’s a shame that the these problems occurred.

  - Thank you for your kind words regarding the view and design of the home. We couldn’t agree more!
  - First we want to apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay. We tried to reach out to your provided phone number three times and left two voicemails a week before your visit. The cabin unfortunately sustained roof damage in a storm and we had to get a new roof and replace the drywall in the one bedroom. We tried to call you and let you know the drywall was just installed and our construction company didn’t have time to paint before your visit. We first wanted to let you know and give you an option to cancel/change locations. Since our calls went unanswered, we thought you would be okay with the ceiling not painted vs cancelling your planned vacation so last minute. We wanted to let you know the drywall has been finished and the ceiling is now painted along with a brand new roof.
  - We are also sorry you had an issue with spiders. We do have a pest company and they come monthly. Gatlinburg is near a national park with lots of critters and animals including many bear sitings at our cabin. However, we prefer they stay outside. We will let them know of your concern and have them come out for an additional visit.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• WONDERFUL!!

  First of all, we had a blast! We appreciate you letting us create memories at your house. We did experience a few bumps. The first was that there was no Twin Daybed w/ Twin Trundle it was a couch that turned into a bed. No huge deal; we managed to make it work. Second, although it wasn't a significant concern, the tall chairs outside the bolts kept coming out . The owner immediately fixed the gas after the it ran out. The beds are really cozy. the Kitchen table was great for playing cards and family gathering. couches and chairs were soft so much i fell asleep. Kitchen was fully stocked. THANK YOU for labeling all light switches! It's an amazing view. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby. It was a little disrespectful of the committee they dispatched to order us to go. They approached the porch, helped themselves to my husband's coffee mug and all of his coffee, and then attempted to check out our baggage in the car, but hey, they were BEARs, so what can you expect! Yes, a mother bear and her two cubs came to see us depart as we were packing things.
