Disappointed and frustrated
2/5 I have a fragrance allergy. I spoke with the home owner who said they would remove the fragrance 2 days before our visit. Unfortunately, this did not happen. So, although the home was lovely, I had to stay 2 days in a hotel while my husband and our guests aired the home. So, for anyone with fragrance sensitivities, I would not recommend this lovely home and location.

-Our cleaners were dedicated to ensuring the best experience for you. We cleaned the house with open windows and used low-odor cleaning supplies. Air filters were changed before your arrival, and we used free and clear laundry detergents and provided unscented hand soaps. Additionally, we removed plug-ins two guests prior to your stay to allow the house to air out. We are genuinely disappointed that our efforts to address your sensitivities did not meet your expectations. We truly made every effort to ensure you had a great experience.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Loved the cabin and setting!
5/5 The cabin was in a lovely forest setting, well supplied with thoughtful items and appliances. It was clean, with beautiful decor and extra bedding and blankets if needed. There were two porches to sit outside for morning coffee. The trolley parking was a close drive for going into town, and a grocery store was also close. This place is highly recommended and we would love to visit again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
5/5 Stayed here for 6 nights in May 2024. Perfect location for Gatlinburg and surrounding area. Well appointed, clean, easy check-in and quiet area. One minor issue came up but quickly resolved with cabin owner during stay. They even asked for additional feedback while we were solving the problem. Cabin will comfortably sleep 4 with 2 more on sofa bed. Outdoor areas lovely to enjoy.
The drive up the hill is curvy, so take your time and just be careful of other cars traveling as well.
As a plus for location, 10 minutes to grocery store and several great restaurants if you don't want to fight the crowds in Gatlinburg.
Highly recommend this cabin and would stay again!
