5/5 We never needed to contact anybody. The cabin was neat, clean and what we expected for a Gatlinburg cabin. We did need to get some ammonia for around our car as we had bear paw prints the first morning. But that took care of it. Very comfortable and relaxing accomodatin.

4/5 cabin was beautiful and the owners or management company was very accommodating. Seeing bears (we saw 2 right at the cabin) added to the experience. This was really cool! Overall we were more than pleased with our stay
