  We loved the charming cabin. It had great views, loved the privacy and the ease of getting to the attractions. we even got to see a bear. It was the first time for the kids to visit Gatlinburg. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to our friends.

  I tried to cancel this rental last minute (due to all the negative reviews I read) but could not so we made it work. They decorated the home with festive stockings and lights but even that did not hide the issues lurking inside. Non working TVs, Dirty oven, gross hot tub, the floors and walls are literally falling apart and look like a trip hazard. The drive up to this house is dangerous. Do not stay here if you aren’t comfortable driving up narrow steep slopes. Do not stay here if you plan to use a clean hot tub and do not stay here if you want an overall clean and safe rental. It has potential but has been neglected and is in need of multiple repairs.

  I filed a complaint never heard back dirty dishes .. dryer broke ... no batteries for remotes had to go buy pots and pans to cook the one there were so worn out no Teflon left on then and peeling ... was told that sorry but people steal the. Whe. They leave and batteries was told sorry there a laundry mat down the hill . Rat pop covered utensils drawer ... horrible experience ...

  - A citywide power surge in Gatlinburg caused several breakers to trip, which temporarily affected the hot tub and fridge.
  - The house cleaner discovered the issue after your stay and was able to resolve it by resetting the breakers. Both appliances are now working properly.
  - We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay if anything isn’t working, so we can step in and make things right as quickly as possible.
