I spoke to the owner several times, very nice people, but the services for this cabin was Terrible. Grass was knee high when we arrived on Thursday afternoon and didn't get cut until Sunday Late afternoon the day before we left. The hot tub was full of leaves and and debris so we never attempted to fill it as we had no skimmer to remove the debris. We had no garbage can as owner said a bear pulled it over the ledge from the previous renters and still had not been pulled up so all the Garbage had to stay in the cabin. Plumbing isn't very good so BE CAREFUL. Bathtubs weren't clean so we had to clean the one downstairs before we could shower. Didn't attempt to clean the jetted tub upstairs. The best part was the Amazing Views of the mountains minus the whatever had Pooped on the front and back porch that was there to greet us upon arrival. Looks like the porches hadn't been cleaned in months.
My husband and son found this vacation rental but unfortunately they did NOT read the reviews. For the amount of money people pay t1o have a family vacation and rental home, this home shouldn't be available to advertise to rent until it's had a deep cleaning, many repairs, and have had an exterminator come in. I have pictures of all the things needed repaired and a list of them. It was so disappointing. First off, the cleaning people were there when we arrived at 330 and they werent finished until 445. Thats money i paid to already be staying in the home. Cob webs throughout the house in the ceilings and walls, the kitchen had missing pieces of flooring covered up by a thin rug, baseboard missing under the kitchen sink with garbage and bugs inside, several doorways had missing thresholds, many holes in the walls throughout, headboard in upstairs bedroom was broken, the bed sagged in the middle, the comforter had green wax stuck to it on the underneath/inside of comforter, the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was constantly running, all of the screens in the windows were either laying outside of the house or not properly put in so bugs and mosquitos were getting in through the ones we were able to open, the ceiling fan in the living room wouldn't work, the hot tub had no gazebo over it, the last 2 days it had a foul smell coming from the hot tub so we couldn't use it, the laundry room was filled with flooring, blankets and a microwave in a box so not much room to move around to do laundry, the dryer vents hose was unattached, the grass was so over grown, the steps leading to the hot tub in the backyard were so unsteady and loose, mice dropping and traps throughout the house, the ceiling fan upstairs flung dust allover the bedroom when I turned it on, my adult son woke up to his right eye swollen and red due to dust allergy, had 3 cockroaches in the kitchen at different times we killed, dishwasher leaked, alot of light bulbs didn't work, just a completely flithy house. We rented from Auntie Bellhams last year in March and our experience was absolutely amazing. This shouldn't be advertised. The pictures you advertise of this house is definitely not what it is now. These days people can't afford to throw their hardworking money away. This is what we did. I want my money back. Bad for you to advertize. Would never recommend this home.
Cabin was out dated inside. The email I got said there was a welcome book and there was no welcome book. So we had to figure out how the connect our kids phones to Wifi. There was leftover coffee from someone else in the cabinet. The cleaning crew left linens in a pillow case on the couch.
It was a great location and lots of room in each of the rooms. The view was beautiful and the hot tub was amazing.
When I got there, the place had not been cleaned. They did show up 1 hour later and did a good job. Master bed sunk in the middle (very uncomfortable). Many dishes were dirty. Mice dropping in the silverware tray. Many things needed fixed. For the money I spent, things should have been much better

I tried emailing my contact for the place beforehand to make sure we payed our pet fees, but was unable to get him and ended up having to contact evolve directly, instead. Upon arriving we found a note to the owners from the previous occupants that nobody had been by to pick up, that along with a completely unmade and sheet-less bed upstairs led us to believe nobody had been by to clean before us even. Nobody staying with us was very happy with the cleanliness of the place, it could use a deep clean. To their merit, when I called my contact they had somebody come out put sheets on the upstairs bed, and later to drop off additional sheets for the pullout couch and empty the trash cans that had not already been emptied. The hot tub is really nice, touch screen, Bluetooth stereo, lights, and a super good top. It was nice having the fireplace in the living room. The beds were all very comfy, as was the couch. The outlet that the TV hooks to doesn't work, we had to use an extention cord, and not because the switches control some outlets, that outlet just didn't work. The house is at the end of the road which is nice. The front porch has a pretty nice view. The floor is messed up in some places. A missing piece in the kitchen under the rug and it's a bit rough in a few other places. The tile is cracked in the downstairs bathroom and there was only a cotton shower curtain, with no liner so it would get wet. There was a squirrel/ mouse/chipmunk crawling around and chewing in the attic space above the downstairs bath. The upstairs bath is pretty nice. The whole house is decorated pretty interestingly, lots of native American stuff. Overall I wouldn't bring my wife or mom back, but would be good for a group of guys. The location is good for a decent price.
