5/5 The property was great it is a new house and everything was awesome about the house itself. The manager was very attentive and responded quickly and overall the stay was good. The location is the only problem as it is in a developing neighborhood and the surrounding area is a low income area which is also right down the street from HUD section 8 housing. This said, we had no issues or problems whatsoever and the stay was very relaxing and uneventful Just understand what you are getting into when renting this property. I would recommend even though the location isn't the best currently.

1/5 This VRBO was the calm in our storm!
5/5 We booked this VRBO about a week or so before we left for our daughter’s softball tournament in Nashville. Last minute, we decided to book with another family on the team and between all of our kids and 2 babies under 5 months, this was the EASIEST part of our trip. Kim was so easy to talk to and very quick to respond. When we found out on Tuesday we would be playing an extra day, she helped us figure out a way to extend our trip. The house was clean and matched the description to a T! Thank you for having us!

Wedding stay
5/5 We had a wonderful experience! The house was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. The neighborhood is going through rebuilding but it had no impact on stay. Would definitely recommend!!!
