Our 2023 stay was a 180 from our 2025 stay. Immediately when we walked in we noticed the floors were filthy. We found random things under the bed and a used shaver in the shower. There was a scuff on the floor, 3 kleenex in the box and just over a half roll of toilet paper. I sent a message to the host at 7:47am the next day after check in about the kleenex and toilet paper and didn't hear from the host until 8:30pm. I was basically told that i would probably get to the store before they would. Not even a full roll of toilet paper for 4 adults? Not to mention the constant reminder to keep the cat that roams the property out of the house which is almost impossible. The cat runs in the first chance he gets and when there are a number of people entering or exiting, it's a joke! The bed in the living room is very uncomfortable and the trundle is broken and very noisy. When it says in the description that toiletries are provided that should include conditioner and not 2 ginormous bottles of mens body wash. Eventually we received one roll of toilet paper on Saturday afternoon. The game room is not as bright and clean as in the photo. We loved visiting with the animals and it was a convenient location for our purposes but having 2 totally different experiences with each stay i don't think we will be coming back.

From the owner: "I’m sorry to hear this stay didn’t meet expectations, especially since your previous visit was so positive. The home was professionally cleaned to Evolve’s standards before arrival, and we’ve confirmed everything was guest-ready at check-in. Basic toiletries and starter supplies are always provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own preferred items. The friendly outdoor cat is a neighborhood favorite, but we remind guests to keep doors closed to prevent her from slipping inside. I appreciate the feedback and will continue working to ensure a comfortable, well-cared-for stay for every guest."
Staying on the farm was just amazing! Brett and Bethany are kind and fun to visit with. We enjoyed seeing the animals and learning about the area. We loved the fireflies at night and the quiet rural area. Very clean and had all that we needed. Highly recommend this farmhouse stay to anyone!

I loved it here! Clean, comfy bed with a "real" mattress, kitty cat out the door who loved to be petted. Nice big living room area w/comfy furniture. Horses and goats to enjoy in the "back yard." I loved chatting with Brett and his son about their rodeo work. We also enjoyed a few games of pool in the game room. And even though it's a rural location, there were enough restaurants not too far away. Also really enjoyed the TN Safari -- must go!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm. The house was clean and fresh. We had all that we needed while we were there. The horses were beautiful and the cats were so friendly and sweet. There were also goats and cows, plus a couple of dogs. Brett was very friendly and offered help with anything we might need.

We enjoyed staying here. The only drawback is the shower is very small.

From the owner: "Thank you for visiting our farm. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Yes, unfortunately the shower is small due to the way the floor plan is. We will gladly welcome you back anytime you are in the area again."
