Not as it seems
2/5 At first glance, this is a great home, however, looks are deceiving. There is a list of repairs that need to be accomplished, the entire house needs a deep clean, especially around the door handles. The carpets really need a deep clean. There was not enough adequate lighting in any of the rooms. Some bedrooms had no nightstand lamps. It was difficult to operate the TV and the binder provided was handwritten and smudged beyond being able to read. Several of the rooms were not ready. We had to hunt everywhere for pillowcases. I'm not sure why each room and closet had random items stored in them. The kitchen was basic and really did not have what we needed. I believe after making the repairs, especially to most of the showerheads, it would be a nice place to stay.
Family Fun!
4/5 We had 15 gather for the week - grandparents to grandkids! Everyone had a wonderful time with plenty of room and a great pool. To be fair, though, the tree house advertised is unsafe/in complete disrepair. Aside from the patch in the circle drive right by the house, the lawn is tall grass/weeds including the volleyball area. Our kids are ages 10 to 3, so we had limited options to play outside. The driveway has had a cut through it that needs attention, and overall, the house is a dated, especially upstairs.The property manager was very responsibe and helpful. The overall condition/property did not prevent us from enjoying our time together, but to be honest, we did not put this property on our radar for a future stay.

Great Stay
5/5 This property was great for our family get together. There was plenty of space for 6-adults and 4-kids who ranged in age from 1-10. The primary bedroom is huge and has huge closets; made a great place for the 1-year olds pack-’n-play. Communication was easy and we received quick responses to questions.

Family Fun!
4/5 We were a group of 15 - grandparents to grandkids. We enjoyed the various spaces and bedrooms within the home, and a great time was had by all. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The home is well stocked with items you will need from soaps to paper products and more. It is outside the property owner's control, but there was also a massive road construction project on the road in front of the house. Access was manageable, but the overall impression throughout the week was impacted.
To be fair, though, we were disappointed to find the house dated and the outdoor experience limited. The drive has had a cut through that needs attention, the lawn is very tall except for immediately adjacent to the house, and the tree house is in complete disrepair.
The pool and outdoor theater were the features that we enjoyed daily! The concerns we had did not diminish our time together, but we would not revisit this home without knowing attention was given to some features.
Really enjoyed it but may need some tweaking
4/5 Overall we loved the property! It was gorgeous and incredibly spacious. Everyone had plenty of room and we loved the pool and beautiful grounds!We did have just a few issues that we wanted to be sure you knew about. The outdoor projector was really neat but it only worked for about 20 minutes at a time before overheating. One of the kitchen cabinet doors as well as one of the tables on the patio appeared to be held up with scotch tape. We couldn’t get any of the counter height outlets in the restrooms to work. The driveway has two large potholes in it that “bottomed out” one car in our party. The tub in the master bathroom leaks pretty severely. The faucet controls in the hall bathroom weren’t connected properly and didn’t work. We received a text message before check in that directed us to arrive at 2:00 pm (contrary to what we were told via email which directed us to arrive at 3) and told us that the access code we were to use had to be used before that time which caused some confusion for us. The lady who was there with the cleaning service was incredibly helpful and sweet and helped us get that figured out, though. Like I said, overall such an amazing property. Thank you so much, we very much enjoyed our stay.
