This is our second year in a row staying here and we love it. Next year, we will be living in TN, so now some other family can enjoy it. The host is super sweet and the house is SO SO accommodating for larger families. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We loved everything about our recent stay. Our family was in town for the National Softball Tournament and Anna could not have been more amazing!! Our only regret was not having more free time to enjoy relaxing in the beautiful yard. We saw baby fawns nursing with mom during the first few minutes of our arrival, a spectacular night time firefly experience my kids loved, and peace and quiet while having drinks on the patio several nights. The house itself was exactly what we needed. Amazingly comfortable beds in each of the 4 bedrooms, a comfortable living room and kitchen to hang out in - which included delicious home made chicken salad Anna left for us as a treat. I do not have enough kind things to say about her as a host or person. She was warm and quick to respond to every question and request we made - including a late night visit from our circus when we accidentally locked ourselves out (sorry again Anna!!). Truly a week we will never forget. I’m not sure we will ever get back to this beautiful area of Tennessee but if we do I can promise you that we know exactly where we plan on staying! Absolutely fantastic experience and a top notch host.

For a house that was labeled as renovated, the only renovation I saw was somewhat fresh paint on the walls. The good of this rental was excellent communication with the Evolve rep. The house was generally clean, except for the kitchen (more on this later). The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses utensils, coffee pots, etc. The fresh baked brownies were a welcomed and much appreciated touch. The not so good was the house was extremely dated. All of the furniture was very old and not so comfortable. The kitchen faucet handle is loose and needs repairs, The master bath shower faucet was loose and came off in my hands. I was able to screw it back on easily. The master bed was 2 mattresses and no box spring. Not very comfortable. The kitchen was not clean. There was a crock pot on the counter with old dried out food stuck to the outside. The refrigerator had many open containers of condiments that were very old and some were well past their expiration date. I threw at least 4 containers away but was pretty shocked at the condition of some of the others as well. We would use anything in the refrigerator, The doors and shelves were dirty and needed a good cleaning. The popcorn ceiling was dirty and falling down in some areas. I would not stay here again.
