We didn’t have hot water for four days and three nights

-Upon your report of no hot water, we promptly sent someone to reset the water heater, restoring hot water the same day.
-When the issue recurred, a plumber was dispatched on Saturday for a weekend service call to ensure hot water availability.
-We apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay.
Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.4/5 The house was in good condition everything was in it that was suppose to be and when I called for any assistance I got a response fairly quickly. The only thing I didn’t like was the location because of all the winding roads.

Amazing
5/5 We was all excited to see the place and it didnt diappoint. The kids found their room and beds quickly. Everything was very clean. We was able to go in earlier than our check in time which was great. Now my husband is wanting to do our house like a cabin. Im not hatin on that idea. Loved every minute and would stay there again.
