  This property is beautiful! Bedspread were dirty soiled body fluid on them shower is terrible !! Tub down stairs should be replaced jacuzzi didn’t work hard step over to take shower !!! Stairs going upstairs were a safety hazard !! Un safe for older couples

  - The stairs can be challenging for people with mobility issues, but the handrails are all in perfect condition. We will look into adding this verbiage to the listing.
  - We wish you had let us know about the cleanliness issues and we were not aware of any problems and would have happily done what we could to make things better.

  The cabin had a mildew smell to it. The bedroom fan was broke and the blinds wouldn’t open. Definitely needs some cosmetic work done to it. Cabin location needs lights or something so the driveway is easy to see at night.

  Awful. The cabin definitely needs some updates. It was not clean at all. The floors looked like they hadn’t been touched. The fact the shower leaks upstairs ONTO the downstairs bed..ridiculous. That needs to be fixed. Shouldn’t even be able to rent the place out when the shower leaks onto the bed. Beds aren’t comfortable at all. Washer and dryer was out of service so who knows if the sheets got washed. The fire alarm batteries were bad so they beeped all the time. We left a night early and drove back home just because it was so awful. Terrible and really think I deserve my money back.

  Hi Emily, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  From the Owner; we do not provide our guests with a washer/dryer but the sheets are cleaned and folded between each stay. We also have additional sheets in the cabinets if they are needed.
  - We wish you had reached out about the leak from upstairs, due to the shower pan design we have had to recaulk every 3-6 months. We would have taken care of this immediately for you.
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. This is the first time we have had this complaint.
  - We could have replaced the batteries in the fire alarm if you had called this would have been done immediately.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Pit stop paradise

  We were really bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. The cabin was very cute and clean. I was nervous heading into a pet friendly but it was very well maintained. My only wish was that the laundry machine was open to guests.
