Clean house and the communication was great!
4/5 We received great communication from our host and the property was very clean. I was traveling with my family for a week softball tournament for my daughter. It was close to Tennessee Tech and the fields. Only thing I would recommend is more household appliances and supplies. No toaster, no measuring cups, no Tupperware, only a couple pots/pans. And we’re left 2 tide pods for laundry. Dirty jerseys, hikes to the falls 2 tide pods didn’t do the trick. And we cooked every day so we had to improvise on food storage and cooking needs. BUT in general the property was very good! I would recommend.

Convenient Location
5/5 This was perfect for proximity to TTU graduation ceremony. Also conveniently close to many of the best restaurants in town. Would stay again.

Great location for TTU activities
5/5 This was a great place for my family to stay for senior day at the TTU football game. It’s perfect for 4 people since there are 2 bathrooms. Great location to TTU.

Nothing Short Of Stellar!!!
5/5 My Brothers (Football Team Mates) and I came into town for Homecoming and One of our guy’s Hall Of Fame Induction! Chose to have something near campus, and not separate hotels, we hadn’t seen eachother in over 20+ yrs.
The accommodations were well thought out, the space was more than enough and the ease of access to campus was a breath of fresh air for us literally as we walked to the campus and were able to reminisce about old times at tech.
Will book this location the next time. Had a wonderful time!!!

In town for softball tournament. House was great!!!
5/5 Home was easy to enter using keypad. Super clean. Everything we could have needed was inside. It was in a great location for us. Easy to access from the street. Wonderful place to stay and communication with manager was great. Highly recommend.
