Amazing House and Location
5/5 The house was clean and updated, and the property was very fun to explore. The owners were super friendly, and the stay overall was awesome. I would 10000 percent recommend this house to individuals who have kids!!! The complimentary drinks and games were a wonderful addition to have on rainy days. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Very cool & unique cabin!
5/5 This place looks like it used to be a little theme park of sorts, there is a stream that runs vibrantly through the property and next to the house so you can hear the gentle sounds from it. It is also in the middle of nowhere so you have a ton of privacy. You have cable tv access, the a/c works efficiently, it’s very clean, the shower is very nice, the bed is so comfortable and it is not far from the town of Cookeville. We had zero issues getting there via our phone’s navigation. Definitely worth staying just for it’s proximity to Cummins State Park Waterfalls as well as others and other outdoor enthusiasts activities.
