Excellent home
5/5 This is hands down one of the best homes we have stayed in. It was extremely clean! It was exactly as advertised and more. There were little extras everywhere - laundry and bathroom areas as well as snacks on the counter. Everything was very organized!! It accommodated our large group and having 3 bathrooms was a definite perk! Check in and check out instructions and communication was top notch! We would stay here again.

Peaceful Farm Setting
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this peaceful farmhouse. The house is clean and renovated with all the comforts of home. We also appreciated the sights and sounds of the surrounding farm setting. Driving to Chattanooga and area activities was easy. We plan to return.

Family, Farmhouse, Fun
5/5 We absolutely enjoyed spending our Easter break at this delightful and spacious farmhouse near Chattanooga. The surroundings are quaint and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee on the porch while listening to the sounds of nature. Inside, the house is fully renovated with a modern kitchen and all the comforts of our own home. Two of our favorite features were the fireplace and large dining table with seating for 10. The house sits in a beautiful country setting with good access to all the popular tourist spots in Chattanooga. We look forward to visiting again.
Great stay & great host!
5/5 Welcoming is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about our stay from the pre-arrival text to say everything was ready for us to the personalized welcome sign right when we walked in. Communications with the host were timely and professional. Location was in a rural setting, but so relaxing to be away from the hustle & bustle of city life...we got to see cows, horses, donkeys, etc from the front porch! The home itself was outstanding and extremely clean. The 3-way split floorplan was perfect for our large family, and the 3 full bathrooms were greatly appreciated with our teenage girls, lol. Plenty of games for the kids...their favorite was the foosball table. They also liked the bunk beds and huge beanbag type chair. Gas fireplace was super nice and convenient to just turn on with a switch (instead of wood-burning). All in all, this was an excellent stay!!
Wedding weekend
5/5 We found this location because we were looking for someplace close to The Views at Sunset Ridge for our daughter’s wedding. It’s very close (about 6 minutes) and the property suited our needs perfectly. It was very well equipped with all we needed: space, three bedrooms/bathrooms, parking, towels(!), and all the needed kitchen necessities (& more). It’s in a quiet area surrounded by farms too. Highly recommend this place. It was so cutely decorated for fall and obviously well taken care of. So. much. room! Perfect for the family of the bride, or anyone wanting to stay close to The Views. Our daughter even received a special card and gift. Thank you so much for your attention to detail, it did not go unnoticed!!!
