  The house was not in a good area we did not feel safe there just a block down the road were several abandoned buildings and a rough part of town we left a day early. There was an abandoned house next door and the outside grounds were in bad shape. The decking is rotting in some places and dangerous to walk on. The patio does not look like the pictures. All the furniture is old and the fountain did not work and the plants were dying. The property was very far from downtown and the highway noise was very loud. The pros it was clean and the smart tvs worked. But thats about all I can say . Oh and there was no water pressure in the shower 🙄 renters be aware its not in a good area and not as pictured.

  - The property is located in the historic and family-friendly Missionary Ridge neighborhood in Chattanooga, which is known for its high property values and community appeal. I serve on the local Homeowners Association board and can assure you that the area is safe and well-maintained.
  - There is no abandoned house next door, and the surrounding homes are well-kept, with properties valued between $750K and over a million dollars.
  - We met with your family upon arrival and exchanged several texts answering questions about Chattanooga and the neighborhood. None of the mentioned concerns were raised during these interactions.
  - The deck, porch furniture, and patio were professionally power cleaned in the spring. There are new cushions and a new umbrella on the porch, and while some potted flowers struggled due to drought, others are thriving.
  - The gated and locked area leading down the ridge is not part of the rental and is used solely by professionals for maintenance purposes.
  - The property is within 10 minutes of downtown Chattanooga, making it conveniently located within the city.
  - No previous guests have reported water pressure issues, but we will investigate this to ensure it is not a recurring problem.

  Great place to stay we really enjoyed it. If we are ever back in Chattanooga for a stay will definitely be looking this place back up!!!!!

  The location is convenient and there’s a beautiful view. The house is clean inside and furnished nicely. It is well equipped with linens and toiletries. The beds are comfortable. Warning - The driveway is very steep and hard to navigate.
