4/5 The condition of the house was very good. The house is rented as sleeping 8. I believe there was one bath towel for each guest. We stayed 4 nights. I washed towels twice during my stay. The best thermostat kept resetting the temperature at night to 63 degrees. I understand running a program to save on your expenses when the house is empty, but when it's rented out I should be able to set it at a comfortable temperature for me and my family. Maybe I just didn't know how to set it. But it sure seemed as if something was over riding what I was changing it to.

From the owner: "We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the house. Thanks for the message about the towels and the Nest thermostat. We could have addressed those issues right away if you had let us know that was a problem during your stay. We do not adjust the nest. Since the house is not always occupied, I believe it defaults to a lower temperature at times. There is a way to set the temperature so that it does not auto-adjust. Thanks again for the feedback."
5/5 Great stay and would book again if in the area. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and house. There was enough room for our large family (2 adults and 4 kids). We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit especially with the available wood pile. Close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Clean and spacious!

5/5 We enjoyed our time staying here with our family of 7. The amenities were great, the home was cozy and relaxing, the location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again!
