Clean property!
4/5 The house was clean and perfect for the seven of us that stayed. The neighborhood is not the greatest but we had no problems. We would definitely stay again!

5/5 First time booking with vrbo, and we couldn't be more happy with our stay, the property manager was easy to get ahold of and checked in on us via text through our stay, making sure all our needs were met. House was beautiful and bigger than expected! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Great house for family
5/5 Love the house nice old house with a great layout for a couple couples and the kids. If you have issues with stairs it is not the house for you but we love the location and proximity to downtown. This is our go to house when we go to Sioux Falls!!

Family visit
5/5 We stayed with our son, his wife and a 4yearold. The rooms were spacious, it was nice to have a tv in the bunk room. The dining was big enough for all of us. The only issue was the water/ice for fridge was not working properly. Otherwise the kitchen had good variety pots/pans. It was so nice to have a stash of coffee pods and a few tea bags provided!The downside was that the neighborhood was not the best, wouldnt want to be out for a stroll. It seems like the area is on upswing. The location in relation to downtown and area attractions was great, and street parking at the property was easy if you have more than one car.Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!
