- This property does not offer cable service. Guests can use their own streaming subscriptions on the TVs. There is not a TV in bedroom 2
- Sidewalks can take up to 24 hours to shovel AFTER a snowstorm. Sand and ice melt may be applied afterward
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front porch facing the entryway and part of the street and camera 2 is on the east entrance for the other duplex unit facing the sidewalk and street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will provide the code after guests have confirmed they've read the pre-stay information
- There is a backup lockbox on the right side of the door. If needed, please reach out to the Guest Contact for the code
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the bins on the south side of the property (on 9th street)
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Hang wet towels on the tub edge to dry
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed inside the home or within 100 feet of the property
- No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted but must not be left alone in the unit. Please kennel them when unattended 
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Only flush toilet paper and human waste down the toilet. Use the trash bin for all other items to avoid plumbing damage
- Do not pour grease, oil, or rice down the kitchen drains
- Unplug the coffee pot after each use
- The A/C can remain plugged in
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Sidewalks can take up to 24 hours to shovel AFTER a snowstorm. Sand and ice melt may be applied afterward. For your convenience, ice melt and a shovel are available in the entryway. Please keep these items out of children’s reach, and feel free to relocate the ice melt if needed for safety
- Be cautious of icy conditions, especially on the north-side path to the basement
- The laundry room is in the basement. Enter through the north-side door and go downstairs. The laundry is free and shared with other guests. Please close and lock the basement door after use. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Avoid using the laundry room after dark
- In the shared entryway, you'll find a vacuum, broom, dustpan, garbage bags, baby playpen, highchair, and first aid kit for your convenience
