Great place!
5/5 This was a great location for our family of 7. We loved the hot tub and the close proximity to the park for fishing and walking.
Dirty and poorly maintained
2/5 Months of dust on window sills, hair swept into corners, a stained blankets, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher was all immediate proof that this property is not checked between tenants. The attendant responded after half a day offering to come and fix the specific issues, but was unapologetic about allowing the property to become disgusting. I assume the previous tenants were also charged the “professional cleaning fee” which I feel is not being used for cleaning services.

- We received your concerns late at night and promptly addressed them the next day.
- The Specific cleaning issues, such as hair in a corner and a stain on one bedspread, were addressed as soon as possible. We apologize for these oversights in particular and have discussed them with our wonderful cleaning team, who have been reliable for years preparing our home for guests.
- The home is regularly maintained and upgraded, with recent improvements such as new fencing, a new deck, a new HVAC system, a new water heater, and a hot tub.
We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!Good stay
