4/5 Problem with check in. I didn’t get my check in email. Manager would not respond by in app messages, I had to call management company who had an automated phone system that didn’t have an option for check in. I ended up connecting to reservation department and call took :30 to include long hold time. They claimed they had wrong email. The email is correct in app.
