  The house was perfect for our stay in Pierre to visit family. Easy access instructions. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Keurig coffee maker worked great, had plenty of K-cups so that we didn’t run out even after 3 days with 4 coffee drinkers. Cozy living room with comfortable couch & recliners to relax and visit. Shampoo, soap, disposable razors, toothbrush/paste provided. Definitely pet friendly with kennels in garage, water bowl, pet bed - yet also super clean, no issues with pet hair or pet odor. We would stay here again.

  We had 4 adults, with 3 vehicles & 2 dogs staying at this property. There was plenty of parking behind the garage. We did park one vehicle in the garage. Keypad to enter the garage was on the side, which was easy to get to, but would be nice if you didn't have walk around to the side to enter. Keypad by the garage door would be more convenient but again, not a big deal. We had two small dogs with us. We chained them out the front door which had a rail to attach their chains to. That worked well for our situation. The host was very accommodating and even texted when he wanted to mow the property to make sure it wasn't an inconvenience to us. We weren't at the house very much, but the space was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay.

  This place was really good overall. Just some minor things in the kitchen and garage could have been a little more clean. I would stay again if the need arose for a me and few other people.
