The home is significantly bigger than we anticipated which was great for our family of 4! It was in wonderful condition and Brandi made sure it was fully cleaned and ready to go. Met the maintenance gentleman and he was great as well. Didn't have any issues but he made sure we knew that if anything was wrong that he would get out there to fix it up right away.
Will definitely be keeping this as an option for our next trip out the Hills!

The Positives: Very cute/comfortable home. Clean and inviting. Large open kitchen/dining area great for family meals. Nicely updated throughout. Will definitely meet your needs. Short drive to Deadwood\Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon, and and about an hour from Keystone/MT Rushmore.
The Negatives: Some things could’ve been better maintained such as loose doorknob on upstairs bathroom, light burnt out in upstairs bedroom closet just to name a few. No night stands in upstairs bedrooms. So no lamps and nowhere to put your cpap machine if you use one. The home is situated on a narrow, steep hill (the whole town is all steep hills) so make sure your parking break is properly working. Street parking only. Room for one vehicle only on the street. No food delivery service in Lead and not much to do there. Would not stay again.
This house was a perfect location for us. We explored deadwood and keystone and enjoyed a couple days snowboarding on the mountain at terry peak! The only problem was parking since we were there in the winter. We got a ticket for parking on the street where we were told to park.

Very nice place! Con... The parking says you can fit 4 vehicles but that's a bit of a joke. Our downstairs neighbors complained of hearing our kids running, (1 and 1, 1/2 years old who were always in bed and asleep by 8pm). It was a bit annoying the host would even bring that complaint to us, but no biggie... if you don't want to hear footsteps, don't rent a lower unit. Plus!Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Very roomie, very clean, big kitchen, quiet neighborhood and mule deer just chilling right outside our window,Great place!

Older home with three bedrooms, kitchen and living space as listed. Two bedrooms upstairs are smaller and dominated by full beds. Upstairs shower is a challenge to access as slanted roof stops door from opening fully. Great deck and porch allowed for quality outside family time. Fully stocked kitchen and appliances allowed for home meals in shared dining room.
