4/5 Some areas of the home are showing wear/age. But it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice location for enjoying the northern Hills. The Mickelson Trail can be accessed from the development, but the access is very rocky and rough, and muddy when it has rained. Overall, a nice home, and we found it to be as described. Note to owner - it would be nice to have directions for tv, and maybe a note on garbage pickup days. Also another chair in living room would be good.

4/5 The dining kitchen area was a bit small for our group and some of the guests did not bring shower supplies, as many times those are provided.Our contact person was awesome in answering our questions & allowed an early check in.
