This property was lovely. It was clean, everything was well organized and easy to use.
5/5 I had made a mistake with my booking and the property owner was not only understanding, but he was patient and kind. This was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the black hills. One thing I would’ve liked to know is how steep the stairs are, because these were a little dangerous for a 3 year old. Overall we absolutely loved the property, the location, the hot tub and the experience. Thanks for sharing this property with us!

5/5 Nice location near Terry Peak, clean facilities, owner did an excellent job of returning my calls to answer questions. Our grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Our only complaint was it was difficult to keep all 3 levels at a comfortable temperature. The basement was too hot, and a couple of the bedrooms would get cold at night, even after setting the thermostats.

Perfect!!!
5/5 We had a family of 7 and there was more than enough room. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and all the board games available in the pool room. We also enjoyed the spa in the evening and the kitchen was stocked with everything a normal kitchen would have which was very beneficial, since we cooked many meals. We even used the crock pot one day. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything as it was advertised! We had a blast. Used for a family trip. Plenty of room for everyone. Even board games for young and old to play. The home was clean and it well taken care off.
