2/5 I thought the house was amazing when I first walked in but after looking around there was mouse droppings everywhere, black mold growing in one of the closets, dust on the mantel and spiderwebs everywhere. Would not stay again or recommend

-We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable.
-We are investigating the reported mold and will address it as soon as the home is available after August 4th. We have not received any other reports of this.
-Quarterly pest control is in place, and we will inspect the house for any potential entry points for mice.
We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.Broken doors and AC unit not working
4/5 The property was not very well maintained. There were several doors broken and unusable. A non working fridge in the kitchen. An AC unit that was not working. Had trouble with power on the dock to charge our fishing electronics. One bedroom with no dresser to store clothing for a week long stay. Several improvements should be made to the property for the price you pay to stay!
