  Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our contact Michael stayed connected with us through our whole arrival and check in, which was effortless. The home was immaculate. Furnishings and furniture were brand new. It was very well equipped with anything you could want for. The location was central to many restaurants and attractions (but not too close keeping it quiet and charming). We are looking forward to coming back next year for the whole month!

• Fantastic Condo

  There are so many positive aspects of this lovely, recently redecorated condo that I don't know where to begin!

  First off, the owner, Michael, was super responsive to any questions we had whether via cell, text or email. Clearly cared that we had an enjoyable stay.

  We were a party of 3 adults and the bedrooms (primary/King and secondary/Queen with our own bathrooms) were well appointed, comfortable and decorated nicely. Beds were great, lots of drawer space and adequate closet space. Bathrooms were what I call standard for a condo of this size and showers were great, i.e. good water pressure.

  Kitchen was amazing, nice and bright, fully stocked with just about anything you would need. Look for interesting glassware for your wine or cocktails above the counter. We made dinner for our family which included 7 adults, 1 toddler and 2 babies. While there wasn't a table big enough for our group, it didn't matter because there was plenty of seating - 4 chairs at the bar, 4 chairs at the small breakfast table and not to mention the large couch and two chairs in the living room. We never felt cramped as we watched football and ate our meal. Lots of room in fridge and great counter space to bring your own goodies and whatever else. Laundry area very nice and machines easy to operate. Same with dishwasher. This condo is across from the beach so you can see some of the water when you look out the window over the balcony, which has a little table and two chairs. The pool is perfect size and although located in the parking lot, it would have been perfect for the kiddos. Unfortunately TS Ophelia was off the coast so we had rain almost the whole time we were there. Parking is adequate both in the back and in the front. Once you get to the stairs, there is cover. This makes it easy to unload your car with luggage, groceries, etc. and quickly get out of the rain. Access to the condo is easy with the code. Air conditioning is easy to operate and we never had an issue. The TV was a bit tricky and after the first day we found the directions in a drawer of a huntboard in living room. Wifi is available and password info is above TV taped to the wall unit. We loved the decor and color scheme of this condo - beachy and hues of blues. My bathroom had a beautiful painting of octopus tenacles above the shower. Makes you really feel like you are on vacation on the beach - which you are!! My family and I want to come back and rent this place again!! It was perfect!!

• All we can say is WOW ! This place was gorgeous and basically on the beach

  We checked into the unit and couldnt believe the cleanliness and furnishings ,it was like a 5 star hotel( better ) . Every room was well thought out and had all the touches of home . The kitchen is for a gourmet chef and has everything you need and more ,with a huge bar with great stools and lots of room . Big Balcony has great view and sounds of ocean and people watching all day .

  Laundry room is huge and just inside the door so sand and mess stay there ,our kids dressed and undressed in there . The bedrooms were super cozy and very large with additional roll away beds too. The parking was easy and just one flight up to the unit so no big deal . ( parking was a little tight in back lot so we used front lot ...hint ) The owner is so nice and makes sure all is the way you would expect.

  We rented the other unit they own directly across the street for our folks to stay as well ( we needed 4 br total so it worked and was easy )

  We look forward to making this our vacation spot 2x per year and possibly more if its available. Evolve.com is definatley going to be our "go to " booking site.

• Beautiful and Cozy

  To find a last minute place as beautiful as this just floored me. Beach access was easy to get to

  Fully stocked kitchen and all updated appliances. Mr Mahon is great. Love his communication with me to male sure everything was to complete satisfacción. I definitely will suggesting to others and will be renting this place again
