Beautiful historical cabin
4/5 As above, very quaint with beautiful grounds, flowing stream. Lots of hiking close by with several state parks within 30 minutes drive. We had never visited this area before and would recommend!

Shamrock House, Sassafras Mountain
5/5 Interesting historical property. Beautiful tall trees all around the house. Many great hiking trails and other outdoor activities close by. Remote location, but we found groceries and other shopping in Brevard, NC (about 25-minute drive north).
Relaxing fun
5/5 Quiet and relaxing setting. Close to many of the activities we wanted to do. Plenty of bathrooms and space.
Great Stay
5/5 We had a great, relaxing stay. Everything was very clean- considering the location being in the mountains surrounded by creatures of all sorts. Communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend!
