  First of all the lack of communication was a major issue I direct messaged through the app about a possibility of an early check in on Monday keep in mind the trip was in 6 days I never got a response . The day before we had not received our check in instructions or the door code I had to call Vrbo and chase down some one to get that info . Upon arrival the space was nice but the owner had the thermostat locked at 70 on A/C so my menapauseal wife was miserable the whole time if I’m paying for a place I should be able to control the thermostat.Then it was bed time the king size bed had one of the worst mattresses I had ever slept on needless to say I will not be staying in this particular condo again .

  The location over all was nice but there were a few issues that made the stay less than ideal. The sheets were stained and there was a random hole in the wall of the master bath, that creepily looked like someone could set up a camera, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t stable so the TVs kept freezing. We have stayed in the resort before and the grounds a beautiful and when we had an issue with accessing door, we called customer service and they were extremely helpful. We would stay again but maybe not in that unit.

  - The small hole noted in the bathroom was from a missing door stopper, which will be promptly replaced.
  - We personally handle all cleanings and would not have placed stained sheets on the bed; this was an unfortunate oversight and will be addressed.
  - The Wi-Fi signal can occasionally fluctuate within the resort, but we’ll look into optimizing connectivity for future guests.
  We appreciate your comments and are committed to ensuring each stay is as comfortable and worry-free as possible.

• Harbor Island Condo

  As usual we had a great vacation at Harbor Island. This was our first time in this unit and we loved it. It is listed as a one bedroom, but also has bunk beds in another room, so it is really a two bedroom. Great use of space. It was decorated very nice and clean. Being an end unit right beside the boardwalk to the beach was also a plus. We hope to stay there again.

  Listing is correct absolutely perfect place to stay right on the beach location was perfect it's a quite beach for relaxing no crowds walking distance to the pool 20-30 min drive to some nice restaurants we ate at Gilligan's seafood so good vist the old parish church ruins it was neat
