CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- You will need to send the Guest Contact the license plate number and make of the vehicle prior to arrival to receive parking passes for the community. Please do not wait until the day of arrival to do this. Please include the dates of your stay and unit number that you have booked in your reach out.
-  One complimentary parking pass is included. If you need an additional parking pass, please contact the Guest Contact Susan when you make the reservation or as soon as you learn you are bringing another car so that she can make your pass through Harbor Island. There is an additional cost for an additional pass - Harbor Island charges a parking fee of $35 for two nights, $45 for three nights, and so on. PLEASE don't wait until you are at the gate to let Susan know as these need to be ordered on a computer and she may not be available on the spot to order this for you

- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via lockbox. The code is 8501
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 9:30 AM
- Please leave the Hunting Island parking pass in the unit (failure to do so will result in a $100 fine)
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds and leave on the beds
- Place all used towels in the bathtub or shower
- Please turn the thermostat to 75 degrees in the summertime and 65 in the wintertime
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
