The host did reply back when we had questions but was not able to help much when the tv would not work. I had to clean the kitchen when we arrived, there was splattered sauce on the walls and cabinets. The only water "toy" available was the canoe, the other boats mentioned on the website were not there. As others have mentioned, the beds were not very comfortable. There were some sticks that had been collected for the firepit, we went ahead and bought some bundled wood and left it for the next guests to start off with.

We’re glad to hear you appreciated our responsiveness during your stay. The homeowner would like to clarify the following:
- Regarding the water toys, our listing only mentions the canoe as being available for guest use. We double-checked the property details to confirm this and believe there may have been a mix-up with another listing.
- We're sorry to hear about the issues with the TV. At the time, Spectrum was experiencing service disruptions in the area, which may have affected the streaming capabilities. We did try to follow up to see if things had improved but didn’t hear back from you.
- While we provide a firepit, the listing specifies that guests should bring their own firewood, though we’re glad you were able to enjoy it and appreciate your kindness in leaving some for future guests.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Such a fun place on the water! We enjoyed a very peaceful stay.
