Lovely large studio above a garage with a porch on a small lake
5/5 Jason & Gina were wonderful hosts, they pay great attention to details and questions. They were unobtrusive. Their property and the studio is lovely. If you like the sounds of nature on a lake with a nice place to sit on the porch it is delightful. It is a quiet neighborhood. if we’re staying in the area again, I would definitely want to stay there again

Great spot for nature lovers
5/5 Brand new construction, at least it looked like that to me. The pond that the property overlooked made the location worth the stay. Close to the center of town where the restaurants and stores are. If you like to be close to town but feel like you are in a secluded hideaway, book this property

Great location
5/5 We had a great time staying by the pond. The space was brand new and clean. The location is a 15 minute walk from downtown Simpsonville and a 20 minute car ride from downtown Greenville. Great place to relax and disconnect for a few days.
