- Harbor Ct will be up the hill on your right-hand side

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Before arrival, please complete the STR form at the bottom of this email and return it to the Guest Contact. The Guest Contact will use the form to enter your information into the community's Visitor Management system on your behalf
- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, check in at the South Gate. The guard will provide you a welcome packet with rental ID cards, a map, 2 gate passes max, gate pass instructions, and community rules
- If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles, you must pick up a visitor's pass at the South Gate. The pass will have your check-in/out dates and must be displayed on your windshield during your stay
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 176800
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles, you must pick up a visitor's pass at the South Gate. The pass will have your check-in/out dates and must be displayed on your windshield during your stay. Vehicles with visitors' passes can be parked in the overflow parking area on the outer perimeter of the clubhouse parking lot
- 1 additional vehicle can be parked in the garage
