The place was great! We were very excited to find two condos in the same building for our quick family trip to celebrate a birthday! The condo was clean, well equipped and had a beautiful view of the lake to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. We will definitely rent again.

Our condo and the lake area were very beautiful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the 2 1/2 mile walking path along the lakes edge and the large pool. We loved the Lighthouse restaurant which was 15 minutes away otherwise you needed to go into Seneca for groceries or other items. We had a lovely patio with a view of the lake which made everything perfect.
Great place for a small family to stay- beautiful, safe neighborhood- right on their own little cove of Lake Keowee. The only reason I gave 3 stars for cleanliness was due to dry, old food stuck on stove top and on knobs of stove- as well as some liquids that were dried in front of kitchen cabinets. There were also what appeared to be dead gnats all along the upper wall near back slider. Other than that- the place was immaculate. Comfortable and beautiful. Our family will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the condo, it was fully equipped, very clean and had an awesome view from the nice balcony! We actually rented two condos in the same building to accommodate children and grand children, it was the perfect long weekend get away. We loved the walking trail, beach and playground area (close enough to walk over to) as well as the pool for the grand children! We will definitely rent again. The Evolve team was easy to work with.
Everything was great. Very clean and view was great! The only comment we would make it that there is no where to hang any clothes other than hall coat closet which was not very convenient.
