  Overall clean with plenty of space. Would have given 5 stars, but it was an inconvenience to ask the property owners to start and stop the hot tub heat and jets via their phone app. Also, the owners were close by and liked to watch their tv on their porch at very high levels which took away the peaceful environment setting.

The hot tub and pool are managed through a sophisticated system, which we, as the owners, oversee to ensure optimal operation. For safety and proper functioning, guests do not have direct access to adjust the settings; however, we are always happy to accommodate specific preferences upon request. We were not aware that you had returned to the home, as the curtains on our porch were closed for privacy, so we did not realize you were back at the rental unit. Had we known, or had you reached out, we would have gladly adjusted the TV to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. We always strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience, making every stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

  My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. It is peaceful and the pool is absolutely amazing. All is beautifully decorated and amenities are top class. Michelle and Dave live on-site, and we greatly enjoyed their southern hospitality.

  Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is fantastic and so relaxing! We spent every day in the pool just relaxing and floating around. The furniture by the pool is very comfortable, and the backyard is truly incredible. It was lovely to lie in the pool and take in the view of the lake as well. The interior is a perfect space, and we enjoyed the theatre setup and projector as we watched several movies during our stay.

  The owners could not be more helpful and kind. They directed us to several restaurants and areas to visit and answered every question we had. They were perfect hosts, yet never intruded on us or the space.

  I would highly recommend this rental, and we will absolutely be back!!!

• Be careful where you stay

  The owners of this property wouldn’t let us stay our first night because we had our child…even though the listing says children are allowed. And the owners that live on the property - be warned. The man is EXTREMELY intimidating and threatening and extremely rude. I did NOT feel safe staying on this property and HIGHLY encourage NO ONE stay here. We were told by the owners we would get a refund for our inconvenience. Surprise surprise guess who’s not getting one anymore. Stay away from this place and ANY place sponsored by Evolve

  From the Owner: " We’re very sorry for the miscommunication and that your experience did not meet expectations. Safety is extremely important to us, especially given that the property has direct pool and lakeside access. When you arrived with your toddler, we were concerned about the lack of flotation devices and the potential risks, which led to a difficult decision on our part.
  
  We had approved a refund for the unused night through the booking platform and are unsure why this has not been reflected on your end, but we will gladly follow up to confirm the status. We also offered additional options, including extra nights at no cost, but did not receive a response. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused."
