• Spend a few bucks on a decent mattress!!!!

  Everything was as expected EXCEPT the mattress was pathetic!! Probably the worst I’ve ever slept on. Cheap mattress with ZERO support that you sunk in the center like a valley. Also people in the pool were very loud late at night. Quite frankly the place is way overpriced for what you get…probably stay at Hampton across the street next.

  - I would like to clarify that the mattress in the property was purchased last September. While mattress preferences can vary, we have received positive comments about it from other guests who found it comfortable.
  - Regarding the pool, it's located on the other side of the building, which should minimize noise disturbances. Additionally, our property enforces a strict policy that no one is allowed in the pool after 10 pm. There is also 24/7 security on the premises to ensure a peaceful environment.
  - I apologize for any confusion. As the owner, I want to clarify that the rates for our property are set by Evolve. They carefully determine these rates based on various factors, similar to airline pricing. Rates can fluctuate depending on the chosen dates and demand.

• Perfect off beach location

  Visited for a week with family. This location was central to everything but much more budget friendly than directly on the beach. It was clean, felt very secure, and had nice amenities. Swing bridge can make traffic a headache but other than that it was great. We didn’t try Filet’s but Captain Archie’s was great, within walking distance and had daily live music. We enjoyed the Marina view and watching the boat traffic on the INtercoastal waterway. We didn’t do any cooking in our room, but the kitchen could have been better stocked.

• No parking!

  Condo itself was nice, clean and location was good. However, there is no parking. I am handicapped and cannot walk a great distance but found that the spots are taken ALL day and had to park a good distance. The parking pass to me is silly as you need it for your stay so it has to be in the car yet you have to leave it. Multiple trips when leaving. Also, not a big deal, but why do we pay a cleaning fee when we have to remove trash and strip the beds?
