4/5 Loved the update of the condo. Loved the comfort of the bed, balcony chairs, couch, recliner and jetted tub. Loved TV in living room gave us some hassle. Floor was dirty. Tub definitely needs a bath mat and a grab bar. Someone is going to fall in that bath tub. Very slippery! Nice decorating. Nice kitchen! Could have used another kitchen towel but appreciated the toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap and shampoo.The pools were all pretty dirty with sand and hair. They were all pretty disgusting.We saw a lot of clumps of hair in pools, especially inside. Large inside hot top was 84 degrees. Too cold. Outside ones were warm. I would definitely recommend the condo but not Baywatch because of how dirty the pools were.

From the owner: "Thank you for lovely comments about the condos renovations and furnishings. I have addressed the cleaning crew on the floors being dirty/no bathmat provided and would like to apologize on their behalf. That is not acceptable! I assume that your reference on the TV giving issues was due to streaming TV. On May 15th Baywatch started the process of upgrading the internet. The work was expected to take three to four weeks to complete for the entire site. They did not foresee any outages but only minor glimpse of interruptions. Hopefully the upgrade has resolved future interruptions. It is unfortunate, that I do not have control outside of the condo itself, but I totally understand the frustration of the lack of attention to keep the amenities clean and inviting. One of the reasons we purchased at Baywatch was due to all the outdoor activities and I personally like my hot tub around 103. I have passed along your review to the HOA and do hope that in the future you may give Baywatch another chance."
