3/5 The condo was beautiful! It was just as pictured. The view of the balcony is breathtaking! However, the bed in the master bedroom does no favors for your back. I believe one night we even relented and curled up on the couch. Our review does reflect the fact that the air conditioning in the unit was not working. At the beach in August with no air is not ideal to say the least. We called immediately on the first day to report this. They sent someone the following day. The person had taken out the vent and created a mess on the floor. When we returned from dinner we tripped over the mess that was made as it was just left in the floor. The person came back later that night to tell us the air conditioner was shot and had to be replaced. I contacted the owners and they informed me that someone would be in tomorrow to fix it. No one ever returned during our stay. The temperature was not terrible during the day as we were mostly out. But at night it was truly miserable.

- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
- We also own property next door and would have been open to moving you to a nearby property with AC, however, we only received one email from you during your stay, so we truly believed that the AC issue was resolved.
- There is now a brand new AC unit in the condo. The new AC unit was inspected after your departure and is fully functional. We had an older thermostat that's been replaced so now our future guests can rest easy.
- We take great pride in our property and want our guests to have a good experience. We apologize that there was a miscommunication between us, the management company, and our guest.

5/5 Clean, well-appointed condo as pictured/described. Loved the location - pub next door, ice cream shop around the corner, parasailing (we had a blast) offered right in front of building on the beach. The kids (16 & 11) loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. The next time we’re planning to come to Myrtle beach (this was our 3rd time) we’ll try to book this property again!

GREAT LOCATION!
5/5 We were so pleased with our condo. Clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Close to so many restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay there again.
