Perfect location & view
5/5 Loved! Very clean, great view, and nice space. I will definitely stay again. Communication with Ms. Annette works best via text & she was responsive. Only opportunity for improvement is to get a working can opener. Two very old ones that bearly worked. Luckily

4/5 Any problems I had were no big deal I had to book 2 days before trip, due to my other condo rental with VRBO flooded. The view was what I most cared about and it was spot on.

Room issues.
4/5 Should have been 2 rolls toilet paper & 2 large trash bags. Bathroom light & exhaust fan did not work. Front desk couldn't help us. Like 200 rooms in this resort & like 2 carts available, I took my 2 sons alone & had to take 3 trips to carry everything out when we left this am. Went to indoor pool & hot tub in am @910a when they open @ 9a & chemicals were being applied, had to wait another 10 min with an ADHD child.

Bay watch stay
4/5 Do not stay here or anywhere near during labor day weekend. Nothing but loud motorcycles all weekend long. People hanging out in the parking garage drinking, smoking, and extremely loud music. The room was as expected. It was decent but was too small.

Small and beds need to be replaced
2/5 the place was much smaller then it looks on pictures, bed were outdated and hard. I slept on the couch and left 2 days early. I text the manager and told her I left early and thanked her for the stay and she didn't even have the decentcy to text me back. Will never stay the again!

Hi Tammy, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: We're sorry that your accommodations were less than what you expected.
- As far as the size of the unit, this is one of the larger one-bedroom units in the Baywatch Resort. The photos are taken from multiple views for each room to give a realistic view of the unit.
- The beds are not pillowtop beds so they may be more firm than what you are used to sleeping in. They are high-quality hotel-rated beds that were purchased in 2019, so they are not outdated.
- Our manager did let us know that you left 2 days early for a family emergency. We hope that resolved itself favorably. Unfortunately, she was also experiencing an emergency, which is why she didn't reply back to you. I'm sure you can understand this.
