  This condo is in a great location! It was perfect for us. We loved the comfortable mattress and pillows. My husband said that he slept better while there than he had in a long time! It is furnished beautifully and well stocked with necessities. We would highly recommend this rental! I forgot a few articles of clothing and two beach towels there and they have been mailed to me. Very impressive!

  My wife's family is from myrtle beach so we came down for a 50th birthday party. We stayed at Mr. Dean's condo and the condo was beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and has everything you need and more. My wife and I appreciate the time Mr. Dean took up for me to get the internet resolved and the kindness he displayed. Hopefully we can book this cabin everytime we stay at myrtle beach.

• Exactly what we needed!

  We were in town for a dance competition and this condo was exactly what we needed for our stay! It was clean, centrally located to everything we needed/wanted to see, close to the beach(the best part), quiet, and had a nice pool and hot tub . The only downside was they were working on painting the outside of the building so we had plastic and scaffolding in front of our balcony but there were notices up in the hallway about these renovations and we didn't have much time to spend on the balcony anyway. Would definitely recommend this property and unit to anyone wanting a peaceful place away from the mainstream "resorts".

  Stayed here with my husband and son (6yo). It was lovely! Very clean, well cared for. The owner was quick to respond about a small issue (not his fault) and kind. Heard some negative things about the area before we arrived, but I am SO glad we didn't listen. This neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Super close to the beach and excellent for a small family.

  We agree that it is a pretty quiet and safe area, being on the northern side of Myrtle Beach (not North Myrtle Beach). Agree that it looks better than Google Street shows. We love the short walk to the beach as well.
