Where do I begin… The place was dirty! The side of the refrigerator has something splattered all over it. Only one trash can, and it was dirty. The outside of the bifold door behind the trash can was very dirty. The sink faucet in kitchen was covered with dried food. The main bedroom had only one small lamp that put out very little light. The sliding glass door leading out to the balcony did not have a lock on it. No hand soap in bathrooms, and the only toilet paper is what was left on the roll. The curtain rod in bedroom fell down when I pulled open the curtains. The entire unit is very outdated and is in desperately need of fresh paint and a lot of cosmetic work. We were just expecting more going by the images and price.

This place is ALL about the view. Furniture was dated and in poor shape, no hand soap, not enough TP, no kitchen towels, etc. master bedroom has little to no lighting. Drip coffee maker, good ice maker.

We drove from PA excited to check in, but the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, speaking to us as if we should already know the process. The lobby had a strange odor. The condo was nice overall but needs updates—patched walls with no paint, no evening light in the master bedroom, limited toilet paper, no trash can in the second bathroom, and walls needing a better wipe-down. That said, the beds were very comfortable, the pools were great, and the oceanfront view was exactly what we wanted. With a few fixes, the condo would be 5 stars. The front desk staff could use training on basic customer service skills — they were neither helpful nor pleasant to interact with.

- The resort’s front desk is not affiliated with our privately owned condo and cannot assist with Airbnb or other private reservations. A notice is posted, and we’re sorry if this caused confusion on arrival.
- The unit is regularly maintained with no exposed repairs. Any texture differences will be reviewed by our cleaning and maintenance team.

The condo itself was great. The building cleanliness a little bit disappointing but overall a great week.

Still had mold on the bathtub, stove was dirty. Only one cooking utensil. Only two wash cloths total for three people for a week. Not ocean front. It was ok but on the side. No porch furniture. Living room furniture is a joke arms and some back peeling or cracked. We can’t believe what we paid for a piece of crap. New sheets on bed but were not washed first. We attend this to be a formal complaint to get half out money back. It wasn’t even worth that much. I could go on but I won’t.
