1st-Floor Condo in Myrtle Beach ~ 2 Mi to Ocean!

  We arrived at 9pm.

  No toilet paper to be found.

  No Garbage bags to be found

  Couch’s very uncomfortable with aging cushions. Could feel the bed frames through the cushions. Reported to the contact about no toilet paper and got no response.

  Garbourater wasn’t working and had to climb under the counter to plug it back in.

  Honestly all issues would have been easy to correct. Unfortunately not so for our trip. Been to myrtle-wood approx 30 times. Worse experience for any unit we have rented.

The essential supplies you mentioned, such as toiletries and trash bags, should have been provided, and we will be following up with our cleaning team to ensure this is promptly addressed. Regarding the unplugged equipment, that should not have occurred, and we will make sure it is corrected moving forward. We also recognize your concerns about the furniture. While this is the first time we’ve received a comment of this nature, we understand the importance of addressing it and will be taking a closer look to ensure everything meets our standards. • Beautiful 1st Floor Condo

  This 3bd rm condo was very convenient on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the lake from the patio. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies, living room space, TVs in every bedroom with cable internet channels. The condo had ample towels for each bathroom and the entire place was very clean. I will definitely book here again.

  Very nice place, loved the first floor and back porch. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Thank you!

  had a great vacation. condo was neat and clean with everything we needed. roof on building was being replaced. minor inconvenience that did not impact on our vacation. would definitely stay there again

  I'm glad you had a good time. Unfortunately they thought they would be doing the roof in October with the plan to not rent that week but they got through the replacement roofs faster than expected. I was not notified until the day before your arrival. So happy you still had a good time.

  First floor condo and great location. The reason for 4 stars is there seemed to be sand still on the floors when walking barefoot. Also we repaired the door handles that were about to fall off to all the bedrooms and bathrooms plus the front door outside handle fell off as well. O
