  We loved the location of the house, very convenient. The beach is just down the block. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. We’ll keep this house in mind next time we visit.

• Nice location but could use updates and better cleaning

  Basic amenities like hand soap and replacement trash bags and paper towels were not provided. The toilet paper holder and paper towel holder were both broken. The place could use some updates (patch holes in the wall near shower curtain and fix sagging floor boards). Floors under chairs and couch hadn't been cleaned.

  Janet was very communicative, and any need she helped me with. House was super nice, and clean and neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again in the future. My kids and I had a blast!

• Very disappointing two weeks

  Furniture very uncomfortable. Blinds only worked on one window. No closet available. Could not use frying pans. Both were even left in the cupboard filthy. (no response) Pod coffee maker did not work.(owner not aware it didn't work) Listing did not say there was a charge to use the golf cart. Very depressing for the price we paid. Have stayed in Oceanside Village for many years and never had a home like this.

  - In the living room, we provide a comfortable leather couch and an oversized chair, which are typically well-received by our guests. We understand that personal preferences vary, and we apologize if they did not align with yours.
  - We were unaware of the pan issue as the email we got buried among many others. We apologize for the oversight. However, the cleaner does not check dishes or cupboards for cleanliness, and such issues have been rare in the past.
  - Regarding the coffee maker, we appreciate your feedback and will ensure that it is in proper working order for the convenience of future guests.
  - As stated in the listing, the golf cart is available for an additional fee. We apologize if this caught you off guard and will continue to ensure this information is transparent for future guests.
